To hire a remote software engineer with Hyperlynx, we'll assist you with your first hire so you can experience our tailored approach. To begin, simply schedule a call. You'll be assigned a dedicated recruiting team, including a Project Manager, Sourcer, and Recruiter, who will initiate the recruitment process. We charge a success fee of 12% of the candidate's annual salary.
We prioritize your satisfaction with the hired candidate. Initially, you pay nothing for the first month. If the relationship continues into the second month, you pay half of the agreed amount. The remaining 50% is paid after the third month.
Our 3-step screening process involves sending you detailed information about each candidate for evaluation. This allows you to make informed decisions on who to interview. For those who pass your interview process, we'll provide support until they sign the offer and begin onboarding.
